The General Committee urges all Full Members to attend the AGM to participate in and to vote at this important annual gathering. Spouses of Full Members and Associate Members who have been admitted to Associate Membership before March 27th, 1992, are welcome to attend. This is your opportunity to meet face to face with all members of your General Committee at the same time.
Because the Articles prohibit voting by proxy, it is extremely important that all Full Members attend so that a quorum will be present. Not only is the AGM required by our Articles of Association, they are also strictly required by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology whose authority we come under.
You surely don't want to miss the famous Italian Buffet that will be served after the AGM for only ￥3,000 per person. Please make your reservations beforehand to help us prepare for you!!!
