The Bar and Dining Room were packed in the evening of New Members’ Night on November 13th. The Jazz Duo featured Paul Fleisher, sax player from New York, and Dick Ström, our Club member and drummer from Sweden. They brought in an extra number of people, both the Club members and their guests, to the Kobe Club. Sheena Gibson, absent member and singer, was back in Kobe from New Zealand, and joined Paul and Dick by singing a few songs.

  After the music performance finished and the crowd moved to the Dining Room, John Sharp stood up to thank the musicians on behalf of all those who enjoy and love music. It was a delightful and enjoyable evening, and many of us hope the monthly New Members’ Night will continue to be a popular gathering spot.
