Dear Fellow Members,
   I trust this message will find you and your families well.
   It has only been a few days since the AGM was held, I want to take this opportunity to thank all the members that attended the AGM and contributed to the meeting with their ideas and thoughts.
   Most importantly, I want to thank the members for their trust and support to the newly elected General and Balloting Committees.

   As stressed in my report, membership is the essence of the club. In these regards, the General Committee has decided to reach out to the members to gather their vision of the future of the club.
   Shortly after you read this message, you will be receiving a survey sheet that we would like you to complete. Kindly make sure that you send your response to this survey. The outcome will help us understand and take into consideration your opinions, thank you for sharing with us.
   With not much to add to my report presented at the AGM, the transition committee is working hard to finalise the un-expected hurdles we have experienced in the process leading to our new Articles of Association. We are hoping to get an EGM before the summer holidays to secure the maximum attendance of members.
   The results from our investments are looking brighter by the day, thanks to the positive performance of the equity markets in Japan since the beginning of this year.  
   Spring is upon us and this is the time when the Kobe Club gardens blossom with the various flowers and greeneries. It is also time for Hanami and saying sayonara to the long cold winter we have experienced this year !
   Please come enjoy what the club offers to you from beautiful scenery to delicious food and exotic drinks.
